Have you ever thought of how life would be if you are only able to get some dirty water after walking six kilometres from home?  Many people in developing countries have to do this everyday in order to get water for their basic needs. They have to walk six kilometers in average, carrying a huge bucket to get contaminated water for their family to use. They use it for drinking, washing and everything else that involves water. Out of 1,000 children, 5 children die everyday because of contaminated water, poor sanitation, and improper hygiene.  In one year, about 5 million people die because of unsafe water.

I believe having clean water is a basic human need and we do share the right to enjoy it. However, in many developing countries, people cannot enjoy it. I am lucky to live in a developed country that I have access to clean water everyday by just turning on a tap. I hope I can put some effort to help those in need of clean water supply. This is why I have decided to set up this campaign to raise money for the communities in need so they can build deep wells and water system taps in order to get sustainable clean water in a more convenient way.

Please donate to this campaign!  Your little support will make a big difference. Thank you.
