Ms. Ha Thi Ngoc and her three children are supported by the unstable income that her husband provides. She has frequently pondered on how to have a stable job to raise her children and give them an equal chance to go to school, like their friends. ​

She wishes to get a loan to purchase a cow, to increase income for her family.​

She shared “The meager income from collecting bamboo and being a part-time worker is not enough for the whole family’s expense and we cannot fully care for my children. I hope I can borrow a loan to invest in raising a cow. Although we are living in a poor condition now, I have a great hope that our life will improve year by year and my children will have a better life.”​
